Needless to say.. Mike thought he would be funny, and Mya joined in!

Pictures in the Park

We took the kids to the park the other day to take some pictures, since I would like to get professional christmas pictures done, I decided to take these myself I think they turned out great!!

Starving Artist

Today was a great day, we went to Starving Artist where the kids and I go every month to paint pottery. Last week I went with some girlfriends and painted something for Mya.

It turned out awesome!! It's a purse jewelry box! The inside says " Mommy Loves You"



And today.. Mike decided to join us, and we created a family platter for Thanksgiving to use every year! We all painted our hands and created this together! I didn't get to get a picture of me and the kids... so here is Mike and the finished project.

Rain Rain Go Away!

Rain Rain Go Away! Today started off with a headache. It has been raining for two days. I am not happy about our President or even the one who lost. Can we have a do over? Mya went to school today to turn around and be sent home, because she had a huge rash on her back. Needless to say it was Jammie day, and she had on Carters Tagless Jammies. Which have been known to produce a chemical burn if the "seal" breaks. So they sent her home, not knowing what it was. When we returned home, I had her put on a tank top so I could watch it carefully, after adding come calamine lotion to it and letting her back breathe she is now fine. Tonight some girlfriends and I are going to paint pottery! I so need a night out with out kids, I need a moment to collect myself sometimes. I will post pictures of my finished Masterpiece later!

Mya School/ Art Work

Mya is doing good in school! Mya received Good citizen of the month, and a pin for a keepsake. She has picture up in the hallway along with others throughout the school! She loves her teachers. It's so hard to believe that my little girl is 4.5 ! She is growing up way to fast! She gets her 1st report card in a few weeks..... I feel like I am getting old!

Everyday is something new, she thinks shes 16 sometimes... lord help me! lol

Trick Or Treat

Well this was Brayden's true first time Trick or Treating! Last year he was only 6 months old. He did amazing! I really thought he would get tired of going up to all of these houses, if he even would. .... and he did! He was such a cute Lil Stinker, and Mya was a pretty lil witch this year. We had a great time, hanging with friends, and enjoying everyones company! Can't wait for Next Year!

Carving Pumpkins and Baking Cookies - Halloween 2008!

Oh we had a blast digging out our pumpkins. Brayden didn't quite know what to do, since this was his first time, so every chance he got he was sticking his head inside of the pumpkin and yelling!

Cookie time! Mya insisted on making these ghost cookies.... and they both could hardly wait until they were ready!!
